ROGER PAVEY JR.
Based in NYC, Roger is a multi-hyphenate multimedia artist, administrator, manager, and collaborator working in the performing and digital arts.
Currently, he is the Lighting and Video Operator for Playwrights Horizons' Nothing Can Take You From the Hand of God.
Most recently, he was on the Production Management team at Williamstown Theatre Festival: Lead Production Manager for the new play readings of Worms and White Girls Gang and the Mainstage Assistant Production Manager for Jeremy O. Harris' world-premiere Spirit of the People and Tennessee Williams' Camino Real (directed by Dustin Wills).
Notably, Roger was the Creative Content Associate at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in Connecticut from August 2024-June 2025, leading branding and graphic design, and contributing to feature articles and copy writing. He made his Off-Broadway debut in the Fall of 2024 with United Solo at Theatre Row. In Summer 2024, he was on the Production Staff at Williamstown Theatre Festival.
Roger graduated in May 2024 with a B.A. in Theatre, Graphic Design, & Film from Augustana College, a small liberal arts school in Rock Island, IL, where he also served as the Graphic Designer/Marketing Director and Scene Shop Supervisor for the Department of Theatre. In the Quad Cities Metropolitan Area, he contributed to 50 theatrical productions in his 4-year undergraduate career as a director, designer, actor, manager, and administrator. Roger has also contributed graphic design and video work for numerous other arts organizations, and served as a theatre critic for the River Cities' Reader.
Additionally, Roger worked for the Des Moines Metro Opera in their 2022 50th Season as the Marketing Intern and holds two international film awards.
